Distinguished leaders from finance, technology, investment, and entrepreneurship join biannual board rotation

Yerusha Moodley assumes the role of Chair of the Board, bringing over 15 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant (SA) with an MBA, specialising in strategic risk management, governance, finance, and ESG leadership across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Currently serving on four company boards, Yerusha is passionate about sustainability and social impact.

Nabil Abou-Rahme brings nearly three decades of technology leadership experience, most recently as Chief Research Officer of Bentley Systems (NASDAQ: BSY), a $15 billion infrastructure software company. Now focused on helping startups and investors build sustainable innovation, he combines deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen.
Marek Niedzwiedz, CEO of aeXea Capital and recognised turnaround specialist, contributes extensive experience in private equity, angel investing, and SME transformation. A certified private equity professional and published author, Marek brings valuable perspective on scaling businesses and navigating complex financial challenges.
Claire Reid, founder of Reid Potentia, specialises in acquiring property portfolios and family businesses. An award-winning property entrepreneur and investor, Claire brings entrepreneurial insight and practical experience in deal-making and business acquisition.
Nauman ul Haq, a PwC alumnus and Finance Director for a major Middle East conglomerate, Nauman brings clarity and rigor to financial governance and reporting.
Shelley-Ann Pieterse, former Managing Director at Accenture with over 20 years of leadership in technology and ERP transformation, Shelley-Ann is also a certified coach passionate about inclusive governance and high-performing teams.
