Minders Acquires Dise CRM to Expand B2B Infrastructure in the Telegram Ecosystem

Minders, a venture builder dedicated to building products in the Telegram ecosystem, has released a statement regarding the acquisition of Dise, an AI-native CRM platform specifically built for Telegram-based business operations.

Customer Relationship Management Expansion

Minders, a venture builder dedicated to building products in the Telegram ecosystem, has released a statement on acquiring Dise, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform specifically built for Telegram-based business operations.

Origins of Dise CRM

Established in 2024, Dise filled a fundamental gap in the sales infrastructure of crypto-native companies, separation from the traditional sales ops stack. Dise brought the first Telegram-native CRM with structured deal tracking by stages and pipelines, team collaboration and task management, analytics, outreach, a conference mode for in-person prospecting, AI features, and more, without the compromise of the current Telegram functionality.

Minders’ Venture Builder Model

Minders, which was established in 2024, is a venture builder in the TON and Telegram ecosystem that holds popular mini app products such as an ad network for Telegram mini apps,  a meeting scheduler based on Telegram, a messaging automation platform, and more.

Strategic Integration of Dise

As part of the agreement, Dise CRM joins the Minders studio portfolio, not for ownership, but for development. Integrating Dise is a strategic move: it completes the gap in the Minders ecosystem, a native CRM within Telegram. After audience discovery, analysis, and messaging automation, Dise makes complete-cycle client management possible within the messenger. It naturally expands the stack, solidifying Telegram as an independent business platform.

Mind Perspectives from Minders

“Dise has shown strong awareness of the requirements of crypto-oriented sales teams. We look forward to introducing their knowledge and product to Minders to further enhance our ecosystem.” Pavel Osokin, CEO of Minders.

CEO of Dise on the Mission

Oleksii Sidorov, CEO of Dise, further elaborated on the journey: “Our aim was to structure Telegram-based sales as much as any other sales process.”. We ourselves battled with this problem and were aware that we would be the most appropriate ones to fix it. I’m also proud of how far and what we accomplished with the team without bringing in outside capital. Partnering with Minders allows us to advance our vision for a “next-gen CRM for a post-email world” one step further, and will be scaled up to the next million businesses.

Future Development of Dise CRM

Minders will continue to support Dise independently as a product, focusing on its evolution into a modular, extensible infrastructure layer driven by Minders’ products. This architecture will enable teams to deploy and customize their own workflows with Telegram-native tools. The original founding team will continue to work on an independent new AI-native product, Slice & Dice, an AI product analytics toolkit through user prompt analysis.

Establishing a Sales Infrastructure on Telegram

This deal is a step in the direction of establishing a professional-level sales infrastructure for companies doing business on Telegram.
