Agibot First Partner Conference was Successfully Held Showing that Its Full-Chain Layout is Accelerating Commercialization of Embodied Intelligence

AI Innovation Embodied Intelligence

China, 17th Oct 2025 — On August 21, 2025, Agibot held its inaugural Partner Conference in Shanghai. The event, themed “Advancing with Intelligence, Embarking on a New Era,” showcased Agibot’s complete layout across product, technology, business, ecosystem, capital, and team. Through strategic announcements, eight scenario-based demonstrations, and immersive experiences with hundreds of robots, Agibot demonstrated its strength. Using the “One Body, Three Intelligences” full-stack technology framework and an all-scenario product matrix, the company aims to accelerate the commercialization of embodied intelligence and move the industry from exploration to large-scale implementation.

Rise of Embodied Intelligence

At the main forum, Deng Taihua, Chairman and CEO of Agibot, delivered an inspiring keynote. He stated that the world stands on the brink of a major embodied intelligence explosion, with AI moving rapidly toward AGI. According to him, 2025 will mark a critical turning point for the commercial development of intelligent robots, positioning them as the next mass-market intelligent terminals after smartphones and cars.

Driven by its vision to create infinite productivity, Agibot aims to become a global leader in intelligent robotics. The company is determined to pioneer a general-purpose robot ecosystem and accelerate the era of general intelligence. Deng Taihua explained Agibot’s core strategy — guided by the goal of mass-produced humanoid robots. The company focuses on developing a full-stack platform combining hardware and software that promotes strong intelligence and smooth collaboration. It continues to expand into industrial, commercial, and domestic scenarios while building a unified ecosystem for general intelligent robots.

Although the company was founded less than three years ago, Agibot has already achieved several industry-first milestones. It builds core product competitiveness around its “One Body, Three Intelligences” concept, becoming the only company with a full-series and full-scenario product layout. Agibot’s technology stack covers the body, cerebellum, and brain of intelligent robots. In business operations, it strengthens product capabilities and develops solutions for different sectors. As a result, Agibot continues to grow across industries, maintaining steady momentum and winning major clients.

Deng emphasized that ecosystem co-creation drives the scaling of embodied intelligence. It remains a cornerstone of Agibot’s growth strategy. The company is uniting global innovators through three main paths — open source, integration, and capital empowerment.

In technology open source, Agibot has released the AimRT robot middleware and a million-unit real-robot dataset. It also launched the Lingqu OS, the first operating system for embodied intelligence. These initiatives aim to standardize and scale the industry while driving ecosystem-based growth.

Building a Collaborative Ecosystem

To strengthen the business ecosystem, Agibot has implemented an Enablement Strategy. This approach integrates the specialized capabilities of leading partners in R&D, marketing, and delivery. Together, they create industry-specific embodied agents for eight scenarios, including guided reception, entertainment, manufacturing, and logistics. Simultaneously, Agibot is building a multi-layered distribution network to simplify collaboration, define roles and benefits, and introduce effective incentive systems.

To support early-stage innovation, Agibot introduced “Plan A,” the first startup accelerator for the embodied intelligence industry. This initiative aims to incubate more than 50 high-potential projects and build a trillion-yuan industrial ecosystem within three years. Participants will gain technical support, financing, scenario access, and incubation assistance. Deng Taihua announced at the event that applications for the first cohort of global robot startups and developer teams opened on August 21, 2025.

Agibot’s team continues to expand, attracting top talent and increasing innovation capacity. Based on this foundation, the company outlined its five-year strategic goals, emphasizing sustained technological growth and ecosystem development.

Deng Taihua concluded, “From breakthroughs to global leadership, every step Agibot takes depends on our partners’ support.” Agibot will continue to collaborate globally to establish embodied robots as a transformative productive force, opening a new chapter in the intelligent era.

At the same event, Peng Zhihui, Co-founder and CTO of Agibot, explained the “1+3” full-stack strategy. Building on the robot’s core body, Agibot develops three intelligent capabilities: Motion Intelligence, Interaction Intelligence, and Task Intelligence. “We’re not just making robots,” Peng said, “but creating a foundation for a self-evolving embodied intelligence agent.”

Advancing Robotic Intelligence Systems

Motion Intelligence allows robots to walk steadily and move swiftly on complex terrain through Sim2Real reinforcement learning. Interaction Intelligence enables natural conversations with response times under one second. Task Intelligence focuses on grasping and performing delicate actions, achieving a full loop from grip to precision handling. These three intelligences work together in flexible combinations, forming a “one capability, many applications” technology engine.

Peng introduced Agibot’s three major product lines. The YuanZheng (Expedition) series features the YuanZheng A2 — the first full-sized humanoid robot ready for scaled commercial use. It completed over 2,000 hours of walking tests and earned safety certifications across China, the U.S., and Europe. Designed for guided reception and performances, it supports full-body customization. The JingLing (Genie) series’ G1 robot offers built-in data collection and integrates seamlessly with Genie Studio for industrial and commercial tasks. Meanwhile, the LingXi X2 series delivers a lifelike 1.3-meter-tall design for education, research, and entertainment.

During the conference, Peng introduced “LinkCraft,” an AI-powered robot motion and expression creation platform. It provides a rich library of motions, supports preview editing, and simplifies choreography, reducing development barriers to nearly zero. He emphasized that while robots are entering daily life, interaction and expression remain challenges. LinkCraft aims to make robots communicate and perform as naturally as humans, empowering creators to choreograph freely. The platform will accelerate collaboration across industries like entertainment, services, and education.

Peng also unveiled the LingXi X2-W prototype, a wheeled dual-arm robot designed for Task Intelligence. With omnidirectional mobility, dexterous arms, and compact storage, it reflects Agibot’s design goal of smooth, natural movement. It integrates tactile sensors, edge computing, and low-cost hardware to set a new benchmark for next-generation task robots.

“YuanZheng reaches out, JingLing delivers, and LingXi inspires,” Peng said, summarizing the synergy of Agibot’s product ecosystem. Over the next three years, Agibot plans to deploy hundreds of thousands of general-purpose robots across diverse tasks, building an open and self-evolving intelligent ecosystem.

Expanding Partnerships and Industry Reach

Jiang Qingsong, Partner and Vice President of Agibot, highlighted the company’s focus on eight primary business scenarios — guided reception, entertainment, industrial intelligence, logistics, security, cleaning, data collection, and research. Each sector already benefits from tailored solutions and wide-scale applications.

To promote technology adoption, Jiang introduced the 2025 Partner Policy, which establishes a multi-tier partnership system. Based on the principle of prioritizing top-performing partners, it provides full technical and commercial support to jointly develop a technology-product-scenario ecosystem and share industry opportunities.

He added, “Embodied intelligence is entering every industry. Agibot not only has the most complete robot lineup but also an accessible partner system where companies can join easily and grow quickly. Together, we aim to convert AI creativity into real-world productivity.”

The conference also hosted four sub-forums, eight exhibition areas, and a tech party called AgiBot Night. Through real-world product demos and immersive experiences, partners witnessed the commercial power of embodied intelligence firsthand.

As the first major ecosystem event in the industry, the conference strengthened alignment among stakeholders and clearly defined Agibot’s strategy. Looking ahead, Agibot will continue partnering globally to drive the commercialization of embodied intelligence, helping the industry move from innovation to large-scale growth while setting a new international benchmark.
