New Oasis International Foundation Redefines Philanthropy Through Sustainable Finance Model
From Dependency to Empowerment: How NOIF’s Financial Literacy and Investment Programs Are Building “Perpetual Gears of Mutual Assistance” in Vulnerable Communities.
Sustainable Community Finance Model
United States, 6th Nov 2025 – The New Oasis International Foundation (NOIF) today unveiled its Sustainable Finance pillar. It is a clear and practical financial empowerment model built on long-term, community-based mutual assistance. Unlike one-sided charitable donations, this model aims to achieve lasting philanthropic goals while helping communities grow stronger and more independent.
“We don’t need handouts—we’re building a sustainable mutual aid mechanism,” said the NOIF leadership. “True philanthropy is not a one-time donation. Instead, it is a closed loop of capabilities, networks, and capital. With this approach, communities can operate sustainably, improve continuously, and develop autonomously. As a result, they generate social impact that is verifiable, replicable, and scalable.”
Growing Demand for Sustainable Finance
Previously, NOIF planned to host its Global Vision Forum on November 6th. At the event, sustainable finance models gained strong interest from impact investors and development innovators. These groups are actively searching for alternatives to traditional aid, especially models that can scale quickly and deliver measurable results.

Between 2015 and 2016, NOIF provided direct financial aid to families in crisis. This experience revealed a major issue: many communities lacked financial knowledge and access to capital. Therefore, in 2019, NOIF created a dedicated investment fund of AUD 14.66 million. The fund was designed to generate returns while also supporting replicable financial empowerment programs.
Five-Part Financial Empowerment Framework
- Financial Literacy: Age-appropriate training for youth, adults, and seniors. It covers budgeting, investment basics, business finance, and fraud prevention.
- Investment Education: Practical lessons on investment fundamentals, ESG criteria, and impact investing. Communities also form investment clubs for hands-on learning.
- Microenterprise Development: A 6–12 month program offering business planning guidance, startup capital (USD 500–5,000), and mentorship.
- Cooperative Economy: Support for launching cooperatives and social enterprises with transparent, democratic governance.
- Advanced Impact Investment: Training local leaders to attract capital and manage community investment funds responsibly.

Self-Sustaining Community Empowerment Model
Unlike traditional charity—which often creates repeated dependency—NOIF’s model helps communities maintain progress even after the initial support phase. Consequently, it demonstrates what genuine sustainable development looks like in practice.
NOIF runs two parallel funds. The Public Benefit Fund, managed by Equity Trustees, supports direct community programs. Meanwhile, the Investment Fund, launched with AUD 14.66 million, generates returns that finance ongoing initiatives. Together, they form “perpetual gears” that keep community empowerment moving without external dependency.
Global Expansion
With its legal incorporation in Colorado now complete, NOIF plans several global expansions in 2026. The foundation intends to enter new international jurisdictions, release standardized toolkits, integrate mobile banking systems, and form the Oasis Capital Committee to strengthen governance.
