Wisdom Alliance Capital Launch

Wisdom Alliance is preparing to launch the Wisdom Alliance Capital Fund, a $100 million institutional investment vehicle scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. The fund will focus on opportunities at the intersection of artificial intelligence and physical-world sectors, including autonomy, robotics, manufacturing, energy, logistics, and industrial technologies.

According to Joli Zhang, Founder and Managing Partner of Wisdom Alliance, the firm’s investment philosophy centers on addressing structural and regulatory complexity to create long-term value. The firm specializes in managing cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and structuring deals that enable sustainable growth.

Track Record and Experience

Wisdom Alliance has previously participated in and led several syndicate and cross-border transactions totaling more than $8 million. These include a $300,000 SaaS allocation at a $25 million valuation with full due diligence and international LP coordination, as well as a $7.8 million cross-border deal connecting Hong Kong-based capital with U.S. ventures.

During her tenure in China, Zhang also facilitated a financing transaction of approximately $42 million (300 million yuan) for Henan Energy and Chemical Group by coordinating with a financial leasing company and the Export-Import Bank of China. This experience reflects the firm’s ability to manage complex financial arrangements involving multiple institutional stakeholders.
