The AI Portfolio Optimizer analyzes project demand, resource availability, and expected value. Consequently, organizations can evaluate portfolio scenarios and sequence initiatives based on capacity constraints. This tool is intended for enterprises managing multiple concurrent projects across shared teams and departments.
Optimizer Improves Resource Planning
Epicflow states that the optimizer helps organizations identify potential resource bottlenecks and assess trade-offs between competing initiatives without needing highly detailed project data at the outset. Moreover, the system works with high-level inputs and can guide portfolio planning as well as ongoing execution.
