Educational and Humanitarian Framework

Many initiatives draw on long-established educational and humanitarian programmes supported by Scientologists. For example, the Truth About Drugs materials are distributed by the Foundation for a Drug-Free World. Similarly, Youth for Human Rights resources are based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

In addition, the Scientology Volunteer Ministers programme provides training and tools to address everyday and emergency challenges. Another key programme, The Way to Happiness, presents a non-religious moral code authored by L. Ron Hubbard. It offers a 21-precept guide used widely in community and civic settings.

Together, these programmes create a practical framework. Through this structure, local initiatives are organized, delivered, and sustained across Europe.
