Bacon Magazine has released its February 2026 Digital Spotlight Cover featuring Eddie Dee Williams, founder of The Affinity Saga, an independently published fantasy and science fiction company that received three national literary awards and multiple recognitions in 2025 and 2026.

Marina del Rey, California, United States, 23rd Feb 2026 – Bacon Magazine, a media publication focused on Black women in business and culture based in Los Angeles, California, today announced the release of its February 2026 Digital Spotlight Cover feature on Eddie Dee Williams, founder of The Affinity Saga, an independently published fantasy and science fiction company based in Valdosta, Georgia.

The February 2026 Digital Spotlight Cover centers on The Affinity Saga’s national literary recognition received across fantasy and science fiction categories in 2025 and 2026. The feature examines the company’s receipt of three national literary awards, two finalist recognitions, and one nomination across multiple independent literary award platforms.

The Affinity Saga’s debut title, The Affinity Theory, received First Place in Fantasy – Superheroes at the Bookfest Spring 2025 Awards, a Winner designation in Fantasy at the 2025 Literary Global Independent Author Awards, and a Winner in Science Fantasy at the Winter 2025 Pinnacle Book Achievement Award, presented by the National Association of Book Entrepreneurs.

The feature additionally covers the title’s Finalist designation in Science Fiction and Finalist designation in Debut Fiction at the 2025 Literary Global Independent Author Awards, as well as its nomination for the TOO LIT!
