Chef Liz Terletskaia to Lead Exclusive 2-Day Master Class at Florida Education Institute
Florida Education Institute, Miami is organizing a 2-day master class on August 26-28, 2025, conducted by international pastry chef Liz Terletskaia. European-style mousse cakes will be the highlight of the class, where participants will learn signature techniques such as mirror glaze and flocking. Students and the public are invited to participate, and certification can be earned by clearing a final review. Seats are limited for an individualized experience. Miami, FL – August 19, 2025 – Florida Education Institute, a premier culinary arts school in Miami, is pleased to present an intimate 2-day master class by award-winning pastry chef and instructor Liz Terletskaia. A veteran with over a decade of experience and over 40 master classes taught in the United States, Chef Liz is renowned for her pastry arts mastery and for her love of making mousse cakes, mirror glazes, and specialty flocking techniques.
Master Class Theme
The master class, to take place on August 26-28, 2025, will cover the skill of making European-style mousse cakes with Chef Liz’s master techniques for creating beautiful designs and delicious flavors. Students will have hands-on training, and students who are successful during the final review will be certified by Chef Liz.
