He has a proven track record of driving EBITDA growth and transformation in private equity-backed companies. Gustason excels in client profitability analysis, segmentation strategies, sales process redesign, and creating cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
Based in Los Angeles, Joshi brings 20 years of experience driving double-digit growth for middle-market companies. He has led global transformations at Johnson Matthey and developed revenue operations for PE-backed companies. Furthermore, he aligns strategy with execution and is recognized as a thought leader in go-to-market transformations. Joshi also serves as Chair of the Entrepreneur Circle for The Wharton Club of Southern California and advises USC’s Viterbi Startup Garage. His expertise spans industries such as SaaS, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, and clean tech. Together, Gustason and Joshi enhance the firm’s ability to support a diverse range of clients.
