The mediation was a bust.

Despite these allegations, the law firm filed a lawsuit in Johnson County District Court against Dickinson, claiming that she had not paid her bills and breached her contract, perhaps hoping she would back down, after the exhaustion of her son’s near death experience and long road to recovery.
