We are united in our commitment to defend and promote the art and legacy of Fernando Botero.
We will preserve his private collection of works in order to organize numerous exhibitions of the highest caliber, so that the public can enjoy his art worldwide.
We intend to put an end to the counterfeiting of our father’s art and prevent the misuse of his good name. We will create a committee of specialists to certify the authenticity of Fernando Botero’s drawings, paintings, and sculptures.
Lastly, we will continue his philanthropic endeavors. For our father, these programs were of great importance, and we intend to deepen and expand the scope of his projects.
We have made these decisions in accordance with our father’s wishes, and we will celebrate and honor his will with all our love.
