Song bio: So me and Xer00 have been friends for a long time we’ve helped each other strategically plan some of our releases but have never worked on an official song together. Both of our fan bases have been highly anticipating this collaboration because we have done cameos in each-others videos and a lot of work together outside of the studio. The thing was we knew one day we were gonna do a song together but we didn’t wanna force it, we wanted the song to come natural because we both knew that’s the only way a good song comes about! So I found the beat and I started messing with some different melody’s and rhyme schemes. Got a gist of a hook and I shared it to Xer00 because I had a feeling he was gonna like it. Next thing you know dude is in Rochester and we’re in the booth recording his verse before he had to scoot back to NC. So a few mins this go by and I’m struggling trying to write this verse. AND I MEAN STRUGGLING. I just wanted to make sure if I was gonna put my lyrics and his sound together it had to be absolutely perfect. So perfect I had to re-write my entire verse about 4 times until i finally decided “Yup this is maxed out I personally don’t think there is anything more I can do to get this verse any better” so I got my ass in the booth and crushed it Xer00 feedback on my verse made me feel on top of the world and I’m beyond excited to share this track with everyone. The cover art symbolizes me and Xer00 “taking over” that’s why you see us surfing on a tsunami into our home town.
