Uprite Construction Management named CM-of-Record for next-gen innovation hub combining chip manufacturing, dental-AI giga factory, research academies, commercial and residential development.

MyDentalWig, Inc. (“MyDentalWig”) and Uprite Construction Management today announced the signing of a Letter of Commitment naming Uprite as Construction Manager of Record for the landmark “Sainte Lydie City” development. The project will be located in TBD and is designed to integrate a semiconductor chip manufacturing campus, data-center infrastructure, a dental-AI giga-factory, research academies, multifamily housing, hotel accommodations and commercial/community support facilities — positioning the development as a model of U.S. advanced-manufacturing and smart-community infrastructure.

Under the agreement, Uprite Construction Management will assume full lifecycle responsibility for construction management, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, subcontractor engagement, on-site quality and safety oversight, and final delivery of critical infrastructure and facilities. With proven experience in managing large-scale industrial and advanced manufacturing projects, Uprite is uniquely positioned to lead this transformative endeavor.

In the Letter of Commitment, Uprite stated:
