(“MyDentalWig”) and Uprite Construction Management today signed a Letter of Commitment naming Uprite as Construction Manager of Record for the landmark “Sainte Lydie City” development. The project, located in TBD, will integrate a semiconductor chip manufacturing campus, data-center infrastructure, a dental-AI giga-factory, research academies, multifamily housing, hotel accommodations, and commercial/community support facilities. This development sets a model for U.S. advanced manufacturing and smart-community infrastructure.

Uprite Construction Management will take full responsibility for construction management, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, subcontractor engagement, on-site quality and safety oversight, and final delivery of infrastructure and facilities. With extensive experience in large-scale industrial and advanced manufacturing projects, Uprite is well-equipped to lead this transformative effort.
