NEXUS initiates Hyper Burn on CROSS Mainnet to Strengthen R.O.H.A.N.2 Global Economy

The Web3 developer behind the blockchain-enabled MMORPG has announced a new policy, committing to burn a large portion of RUBY, the game’s core token.

Seoul, Korea South, 26th Nov 2025 – NEXUS, the core development company behind the CROSS Web3 gaming ecosystem, has accelerated its deflationary supply strategy for R.O.H.A.N.2 Global’s official gametoken. The “RUBY Hyper Burning” initiative enhances the stability and scalability of the game’s core economic loop. It improves circulation efficiency and supports RUBY’s P2P market value.

The first step was the launch of a public RUBY Dashboard. Users can now view RUBY’s current supply, recent burns, and circulation breakdown in real-time. By providing this data, NEXUS creates a transparent supply tracking system and adds a new competitive dimension for R.O.H.A.N.2 Global players. Based on player data collected since the dashboard release, NEXUS will soon share a detailed RUBY Hyper Burn roadmap with dates and supply targets.

Deflationary Supply Strategy

NEXUS started the RUBY burn plan to set aside 100% of RUBY consumed by players during gameplay for burning. Over 15% of the max supply has already been removed. The updated Hyper Burn model applies a pre-determined multiplier to RUBY burns for 1-2 months until the target circulation is achieved.

NEXUS CEO Henry Chang explained the system at the G-STAR 2025 BTB press conference in Busan, South Korea. He emphasized that letting gameplay activity drive the burn rate will boost P2P market activity and strengthen the player-driven economic loop envisioned by R.O.H.A.N.2 Global developers.
