Nam, who replaces outgoing Chair Michael Ehlert, brings extensive experience in finance, risk management and corporate governance from his previous role as Chief Audit Executive at Glencore PLC.
Commenting on his new position, Nam said: “As a VDP board member since February this year, I have had the chance to develop a strong vision for the enduring success of the programme.
“My immediate focus will be to enhance the development journey of Veblen members, promoting professionalism and integrity.”
