WAAI Design, an innovation design company, has forged a partnership with Veblen Directors Programme (VDP). VDP connects entrepreneurs and thought leaders with public and private boards. Six members of VDP, all highly experienced business leaders and strategists, will join WAAI’s advisory board to guide the company into its next level of growth.

WAAI helps customers innovate and reduce risks by applying human-centred design thinking and research; iterative techniques that grow business’ understanding of customer needs and the environment in which they operate.
Six members of VDP, all highly experienced business leaders and strategists, will join WAAI’s advisory board to guide the company into its next level of growth.
These are: Ronawati Wongso, CFA, whose three-decade career includes 20 years as a CFO; Ferdie Brujinen, former Senior VP and General Manager at 3D Systems and VP Operations at Hewlett Packard; Shantanu Srivastava, former global head of innovation at Sanofi consumer healthcare and Danone dairy; Professor Jeremy Zwiegelaar, senior lecturer in enterprise and business at Oxford Brookes Business School; Peggy Lambert, experienced operational executive in sustainability and planning, and Freya O, an experienced global program manager in the software and AI training industry.
Joining the “Vebleners” is Els Niemegeerts, an experienced entrepreneur and business performance coach and John Foo, the current Head of Community at Veblen Directors Programme.
Announcing the partnership, WAAI’s founder Jan Van Caneghem, said: “This is the time for us to advance and diversify; to delve deeper into WAAI’s narrative and explore fresh avenues for growth and engagement with our target audience. Our newly appointed advisors are adept at posing pertinent questions to guide us toward achieving these objectives.”
