corrections policy of KingNewswire

We aim to keep everything we publish accurate. When we get something wrong, we want to fix it. This page explains how to report an error and what happens next.

How to Report an Error

Email support@kingnewswire.com with:

  • the link to the page
  • the text you believe is wrong
  • the correct information, with a source if you have one

You can also use our contact page.

Errors in Our Blog and Guides

  • We review every report and reply within 3 business days.
  • If the information is wrong, we correct the article.
  • For a significant correction, such as a wrong price, figure or fact that changes the meaning, we add a short note at the end of the article explaining what was changed and when.
  • Small fixes, such as spelling or broken links, are made without a note.

Errors in Client Press Releases

Press releases in our News Room are supplied by the companies that publish them, and each company is responsible for the accuracy of its own release.

  • Once a press release is distributed, it is published on partner sites outside our control and cannot be edited there.
  • If a published release contains an error, the publishing company can contact us. Depending on the case, the release may be removed from our site, or a corrected version may be distributed. Removal may involve an additional fee, as described in our press release guidelines.
  • If you believe a release contains false or harmful information about you or your company, please contact us and we will review it.
