The new center explains how Tarotoo handles sensitive questions, AI-generated readings, privacy, crisis situations, advertising, and user feedback in one place.
Alongside the launch of the Trust & Safety Center, the website has introduced expanded AI safety checks designed to stop tarot readings when users ask for guidance on topics such as medical treatment, financial decisions, legal matters, mental health, major career decisions, or immediate personal safety. Similar checks are also applied in Tarotoo’s Psychic Chat.
For potential crisis situations, the platform directs users toward immediate human support rather than continuing with a tarot or spiritual interpretation.
“We want Tarotoo to remain a place for entertainment, reflection, and spiritual exploration, while being clear about where tarot and AI should not be used,” said Yaroslav Kyrychenko, founder and owner of Tarotoo. “Over the past year, we have focused on making the service more transparent — from explaining how our AI readings work to publishing our data, privacy practices, and safety safeguards.”
Tarotoo has also expanded its public documentation during 2026. The platform now provides a detailed explanation of how AI-generated readings are created, including how selected tarot cards, spread positions, structured card meanings, and user questions are used to generate interpretations.
The site’s reading methodology and AI prompts have also been reviewed by professional tarot reader and astrologer Inbaal Honigman, who has more than 25 years of experience.
Tarotoo has additionally published its structured tarot dataset covering all 78 Rider–Waite–Smith cards. The dataset is openly available under the MIT License through platforms including GitHub and Hugging Face and is supported by public documentation and research resources.
Privacy has been another focus. Tarotoo does not require an account for website readings and does not store a server-side history of completed website readings. Tarotoo advertising and affiliate partnerships do not influence card selection, AI prompts, or individual reading results.
Users can report readings they believe are inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsafe directly from the platform.
The new Trust & Safety Center brings these initiatives together as Tarotoo continues developing its AI tarot and spiritual tools.
